EML Manufacturing is the ultimate provider for all your electric heating, instrumentations, controls, ASME Pressure Vessel and custom fabrication needs. We cater to the highly technical engineering companies, original equipment manufacturers (OEM) all the way to the end users.

Our engineers have worked and executed successful projects for the Oil and Gas, Petrochemical, and the Power Generation industries throughout the world. We will review your specifications, subsequently design and built to it. Alternatively we can help you write your specifications based on your application since we routinely deal with various codes and standards such as ASME Pressure Vessel VIII, ASME B31.3, ANSI, NACE MR0175, NEC, UL, IEC, ATEX and more.

We are able to engineer your electric heaters ranging from under a kilowatt (KW) to a few thousand kilowatts (KWs). Our heating product includes but not limited to process heater, immersion heater, circulation heater and indirect heater. Since most electric heaters require a custom heater control panel, we can provide that as well. In addition, our controls engineer can also design and built relay logic or PLC control panels for your non heating application.

We have full engineering capability to design and provide custom fabrication or a complete skid mounted unit. We supply various process equipment such as hot oil system, pumping skid, diesel fuel treatment, fuel gas conditioning and pilot plants and customer specific skid mounted equipment.

We are now an ASME Section VIII Division 1 pressure vessel shop in Houston, Texas. Complementing our fabrication capabilities, we have full in house Instrumentation & Electrical (I&E) capabilities and our aftermarket department is here to provide your replacement heater and parts.
